This position is focused on delivering outstanding dining experiences within a highly empowering environment. As a representative of our brand throughout the guest journey, the goal is to ensure every guest departs as a delighted supporter of our restaurants, from the moment they arrive until their farewell.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform all operational aspects of Food & Beverage service adhering rigorously to established standards and procedures.
  • Consistently go beyond expectations to enhance guest experience.
  • Proactively address potential complaints, ensuring effective resolution and service recovery as required.
  • Engage actively and positively with fellow team members, prioritizing the guest's interests at all times.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Possess a genuine service-oriented personality with a high level of emotional intelligence.
  • Minimum educational requirement is a high school diploma; a college degree in Hotel Management or related disciplines is preferred.
  • At least one year of prior experience in a similar role within a five-star hospitality environment is essential.
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English; proficiency in additional languages is considered an advantage.
