Key Responsibilities

Perform all operational aspects of Food & Beverage service adhering rigorously to established standards and procedures.

Proactively address potential complaints, ensuring effective resolution and service recovery as required.
Engage actively and positively with fellow team members, prioritizing the guest's interests at all times.

Qualifications and Requirements

Possess a genuine service-oriented personality with a high level of emotional intelligence.
Minimum educational requirement is a high school diploma; a college degree in Hotel Management or related disciplines is preferred.
At least one year of prior experience in a similar role within a five-star hospitality environment is essential.
Excellent command of written and spoken English; proficiency in additional languages is considered an advantage.
