In Room Dining Associate - Food & Beverage (VAJ)

Overview

This role focuses on delivering exceptional dining experiences by representing the brand throughout the guest's journey, from arrival to departure. You will ensure every guest enjoys a flawless and delightful dining service that turns them into loyal advocates.

Responsibilities

• Perform all food and beverage service duties adhering strictly to established standards and procedures.
• Exceed expectations by taking initiative and going beyond basic service requirements.
• Handle complaints proactively and implement effective service recovery when necessary.
• Maintain active communication with team members prioritizing the guests' needs and comfort.

Required Qualifications

• Possess a genuine service-oriented personality complemented by high emotional intelligence.
• Hold at minimum a high school diploma; a college degree in Hotel Management or related field is advantageous.
• Have at least one year of experience in an equivalent role within a five-star hospitality environment.
• Exhibit strong proficiency in both written and spoken English; knowledge of additional languages is considered a plus.
