Role Overview and Responsibilities

• Deliver heartfelt and authentic service with a strong emotional intelligence.
• Handle all food and beverage service operations, strictly adhering to established service standards and protocols.
• Exceed guest expectations by going beyond standard service requirements.
• Anticipate potential service issues and act promptly to resolve complaints and recover service quality when necessary.
• Maintain proactive and clear communication with team members, always prioritizing the guests' best interests.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Possess at least a high school diploma; a college degree in Hotel Management or a related discipline is preferred.
• Have a minimum of one year of experience in a similar role within a 5-star hospitality environment.
• Demonstrate strong proficiency in both written and spoken English; knowledge of additional languages is advantageous.
