Role Overview

This position offers an exciting opportunity to serve as a Waiter/ess specializing in Mini Bar services at Jumeirah Zabeel Saray. The role involves welcoming guests warmly, guiding them to seating, and providing detailed information on menu items. Duties include explaining dishes and ingredients clearly, addressing allergies, informing guests about special offers, verifying legal drinking age, and accurately taking and communicating orders. You will also ensure food is served with the correct techniques and highest service standards.

Candidate Profile

The ideal applicant should possess 1 to 2 years of proven experience in food and beverage service at upscale 4 or 5-star hotels or premium dining establishments. Candidates must be knowledgeable on menu details, food preparation methods, and proficient in service delivery that includes order processing, guest interaction, and feedback handling to maintain guest satisfaction. Ability to manage an assigned section, coordinate effectively with kitchen and bar teams, and uphold hygiene, safety, and cashiering procedures is essential. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are required.
