Role Overview
The Executive - Human Resources position presents an opportunity to contribute strongly to the team at Jumeirah Emirates Towers. Key accountabilities include:
- Responding to employee inquiries and employment matters to enhance job satisfaction and productivity
- Acting as the main contact point for colleagues within the department and ensuring consistent office coverage during operational hours
- Drafting and managing various official documents such as letters, contracts, certificates, and coordinating necessary internal approvals
- Maintaining audit-compliant employee records, monitoring supply stocks, managing purchase orders, and supporting audit and compliance requirements
- Leading and organizing employee engagement programs, recognition initiatives, and corporate social responsibility activities, including “Spirit of Jumeirah awards” and Colleague of the Month/Year awards
Candidate Profile
- Possesses 2-3 years' experience in administrative support roles, ideally in Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, or hospitality sectors
- Demonstrates excellent organizational capabilities, multitasking proficiency, and the capacity to prioritize while handling sensitive information discreetly
- Exemplifies a service-oriented mindset with experience aiding employees, candidates, or internal teams effectively
- Exhibits strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate well within culturally diverse teams and stakeholders
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and experienced with HR-related systems, databases, and administrative functions
