Key Responsibilities

• Comfortable managing responsibilities such as cash handling and maintaining safety.

• Strong communication abilities and capable of sustaining a clean workspace.

Requirements

• No prior experience necessary.
• Consistent attendance and punctuality with or without accommodations.
• Availability to work flexible shifts including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays.
• Comply with all store policies related to quality, cash handling, safety, and security.
• Ability to prepare food and beverages as per standard or customer-specific guidelines.
• Capability to undertake various roles within the store during shifts.
• Aptitude for quick learning, following instructions, and teamwork.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build positive relationships.
