Position Summary
The Talent Acquisition Manager for the US Retail division is responsible for leading comprehensive recruitment strategies aimed at securing distinguished luxury retail talent. Reporting to the Director of Talent Acquisition – US Retail, this role focuses on building strong relationships with internal partners to attract and retain exceptional professionals from Client Advisors to Boutique Directors across key markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategize and implement sourcing initiatives to identify and engage top-tier retail professionals in various U.S. regions.
- Meet recruitment performance objectives such as hiring rates and time-to-fill metrics.
- Create and maintain detailed talent maps for essential retail locations to ensure a steady pipeline of candidates.
- Conduct market research and visit boutiques to discover and interact with potential candidates through strategic networks.
- Predict workforce requirements regionally and manage recruitment processes with agility, ensuring elevated candidate experiences.
- Collaborate with leadership teams to forecast hiring needs and streamline recruitment velocity while maintaining quality standards.
- Deliver a premium, luxury-aligned recruitment experience that reflects high standards at every candidate interaction.
- Track and analyze performance indicators for retail client advisors to adapt talent strategies effectively.
- Work closely with HR Business Partners to support succession planning and promote internal career movement.
- Engage with the corporate HR team in Paris to develop innovative hiring campaigns and enhance employer branding.
Candidate Profile
- Thorough understanding of luxury retail markets and competitive landscape.
- Minimum of five years' experience in recruitment, preferably including agency recruitment.
- Strong ability to assess candidates at an executive level and communicate their potential effectively.
- Goal-oriented with a strong commitment to high-quality results and accountability.
- Adaptable and composed in a fast-moving environment, balancing urgency with detailed execution.
- Innovative sourcing thinker, employing unconventional strategies to acquire talent.
- Outstanding communication, interpersonal skills, and negotiation abilities.
- Proven capacity to build long-lasting, trust-based relationships.
- Willingness to travel as required by business demands.
Additional Details
The role offers a competitive annual salary between $110,000 and $120,000, complemented by eligibility for bonuses. Compensation will correspond to the candidate's expertise and experience level.
