Role Overview
The Project Manager & Executive Advisor to the CEO will serve as a key strategic partner, managing diverse operations and projects to drive rapid luxury brand growth. Reporting directly to the CEO, this role involves hands-on leadership across wholesale growth, marketing initiatives, production, supply chain, finance, and expansion efforts. The ideal candidate thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, translating innovative strategies into measurable success with precision and urgency.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead expansion and training of the sales team to boost wholesale revenue, using data analytics for continuous improvement and client relationship management.
- Collaborate closely with marketing to develop and execute innovative campaigns including paid advertising, influencer collaborations, celebrity endorsements, and content scheduling to increase brand visibility and online sales.
- Manage product development and supply chain operations by identifying top-tier factories globally, overseeing prototype production, and ensuring timely delivery of quality samples and sales tools.
- Oversee complex projects such as customizing CRM platforms and deploying automation processes that enhance sales and customer service efficiency.
- Supervise shipping, accounts receivable and payable processes to maintain smooth financial operations aligned with company objectives.
- Monitor expenses company-wide providing actionable insights, acting as the CEO's reliable advisor in daily operations and strategic decision-making.
- Initiate and support franchise and partnership development, scouting for strategic physical boutique locations in key markets.
Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum 2 years of experience in executive assistance, project management, or operations, preferably within luxury fashion, wholesale, or e-commerce sectors.
- Strong analytical skills with proven ability to drive revenue growth through data-backed strategy and process optimization.
- Hands-on expertise in marketing activities (ads, influencer partnerships, endorsements) and production aspects (sourcing, quality control).
- Proficiency with CRM systems (Salesforce or HubSpot), automation tools (Zapier), financial software (QuickBooks or ERP), and project management platforms (Asana or Monday.com).
- Highly organized and discreet, with a meticulous attention to detail and ability to perform under pressure with a collaborative and warm approach.
- Motivated, results-driven mindset capable of delivering exceptional outcomes swiftly; Bachelor's degree in Business, Fashion, or related fields is required; fluency in English essential, additional languages beneficial.
Compensation and Benefits
- Hourly pay ranging from $30 to $36, translating to approximately $62,400 to $74,880 annually for full-time employment, commensurate with experience.
- Regular salary increments at 2% every six months, totaling a 4% annual increase for the first two years.
- Monthly performance incentives between $150 and $350 awarded upon delivery of effective growth strategies, plus additional $100 monthly awards recognizing exceptional achievements.
- Annual bonuses guaranteed at $1,000, with potential up to $5,000 based on performance.
- Profit-sharing program offering up to 15% of net profits distributed yearly to all staff contingent on collective performance.
- $3,000 loyalty bonus after completing three years with the company.
