Role Overview
The Project Associate will oversee the daily operations of the Apna Ghar – Transit Home project, ensuring smooth functioning according to established Standard Operating Procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain effective, cooperative relationships with stakeholders such as hospitals, doctors, and service providers to satisfactorily fulfill patient needs promptly and constructively.
- Ensure full occupancy of transit home and provide attentive support to patients and their caregivers.
- Lead and manage a small team of service providers to guarantee timely availability of required resources.
- Participate actively in CSR activities at the assigned location.
Required Knowledge and Skills
- In-depth knowledge of the healthcare landscape in Odisha, particularly relating to Non-Communicable Diseases (NCDs) and associated programs and schemes.
- Strong project management capabilities to effectively supervise and guide the project's progress.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with diverse cross-functional teams.
- Meticulous attention to detail, particularly in financial and administrative responsibilities.
- Proficiency with MS Office tools and fluency in English and the local language.
Educational and Experience Requirements
Candidates should hold qualifications such as MSW, MPH, MA in Social Sciences, or MBA, coupled with 1 to 2 years of work experience preferably in healthcare with a focus on cancer and other NCDs.
