Role Overview
The foundation seeks compassionate and dedicated professionals to deliver vital mental health assistance to patients and families affected by cancer and other chronic illnesses.
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate individual and group counseling sessions addressing psychological challenges linked to medical conditions.
- Provide socio-economic guidance and raise awareness of relevant social and health security schemes.
- Maintain detailed case documentation and patient records.
- Collaborate closely with healthcare providers, clinicians, and service organizations to enhance patient access to care and support throughout treatment.
- Build and sustain partnerships with hospitals and healthcare institutions to strengthen service delivery networks.
- Coordinate patient-centered services while empowering patients and caregivers with essential information and skills.
Qualifications and Experience
- Graduation or post-graduation degree in Psychology or Clinical Psychology.
- Up to 1 year of experience; familiarity with public health and reporting is advantageous.
Essential Skills
- Proficient counseling skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication, including fluency in English and local languages.
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
