Overview

We are seeking an experienced Human Resource Business Partner to join our team on a fully remote contract basis for a duration of three months. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of 3-5 years in HR Business Partner roles, demonstrating strengths in leadership coaching, negotiation, and fostering collaborative solutions with diverse leadership levels.

• Provide coaching and influence to leaders at various organizational levels.
• Negotiate and drive thoughtful, collaborative solutions across teams.
• Support Commercial functions effectively, managing organizational change successfully.
• Prioritize initiatives and manage project timelines amidst shifting priorities.

Qualifications
