Key Responsibilities

• Analyze and gather business and functional requirements related to sales and retention offers/promotions configuration.
• Convert business needs and operational requirements into detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional documentation.
• Oversee workflows for offer and promotional setups impacting sales, retention, customer care, and agent tools, including logic flows and validation processes.
• Collaborate closely with product owners, workstream leads, stakeholders, and technical teams to ensure clear alignment.
• Identify manual and repetitive business processes across departments suitable for AI agent-based automation to boost efficiency and accuracy.
• Create and prototype AI agent workflows, leveraging Microsoft Copilot alongside stakeholders and tech teams, translating processes into intelligent agent logic and rules.
• Track, monitor, and refine AI agent solutions following deployment, updating documentation for governance and knowledge sharing.
• Support User Acceptance Testing by planning tests, creating/executing test cases, verifying system functionality against business criteria, logging defects via Jira, and coordinating with development for resolution.
• Engage in defect triage and re-testing to ready releases efficiently.
• Operate within Agile Scrum teams daily, participating actively in backlog refinement, sprint cycles, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Maintain comprehensive, current project documentation within Jira and related platforms.
• Serve as a critical link between business teams and technology groups to facilitate smooth project execution.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of two years experience as a Business Analyst or Product/Delivery Business Analyst.
• Practical experience supporting initiatives involving billing systems, offer/promotional configuration tools, call-flow or recommendation engines, or other customer-facing agent tools.
• Proficiency in drafting user stories and acceptance criteria using Jira.
• Experienced in supporting UAT and testing activities within Agile frameworks.
• Comfortable collaborating directly with engineering and quality assurance teams.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to manage multiple stakeholder relationships.
• Familiarity and ease with employing AI technologies such as Microsoft Copilot for automating processes.

Preferred Qualifications

• Background in telecommunications, cable services, or subscription billing sectors.
• Experience with billing transformation or modernization projects.
• Ability to balance business analyst duties with hands-on testing and UAT responsibilities.

Compensation and Benefits

The annual salary for this role ranges from $75,000 to $110,000, adjusted according to education, experience, certifications, and other relevant factors.
