About the Role
We are looking for a highly analytical and detail-focused Demand Planning and Supply Chain Management Analyst to join our global supply chain team in Plano, TX. This role is essential for enhancing demand planning processes, supervising production timelines, and managing inventory depletion while maintaining strong coordination with various internal and international stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and review weekly purchase order SKU lists related to Handheld Products, providing timely feedback to the Global Operation Center and manufacturing sites after coordinating with account teams.
- Track daily manufacturing schedules and oversee inbound shipments of finished goods and bulk products, maintaining consistent communication with the international GOC team based in Suwon.
- Collaborate closely with packaging planners and demand fulfillment units to ensure packaging quantities match weekly targets and support monthly sales goals.
- Monitor inventory levels, focusing on end-of-hand and aging stock depletion through consolidated plans involving credit returns, re-boxing, and scrap activities; proactively facilitate bulk stock consumption before aging occurs.
- Generate and update weekly reports on request-to-fulfill setbacks, analyze root causes, prepare supply status summaries, contribute to SCM day content, and undertake ad-hoc data analyses as required.
- Assist with special projects including new product launch trackers and AI-powered supply chain initiatives, also providing cross-team support as needed.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Science, Supply Chain Management, or a related discipline is preferred.
- Between 0 and 3 years of experience in supply chain, demand planning, logistics, or business analysis roles.
- Fluent bilingual communication skills in English and Korean (spoken, written, and reading) are highly desired due to regular interaction with international headquarters.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills including VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, and strong data analysis capabilities, along with proficiency in Microsoft Outlook.
- An interest in or experience with AI applications in supply chain processes is a plus.

Work Arrangement

Additional Information
The employment contract is initially for 12 months with the possibility for extension or conversion to hire. The compensation rate is $32 per hour.
