Role Summary
We are looking for an enthusiastic, meticulous Junior Marketing and Operations Associate to contribute to the smooth, precise functioning of our company. This role involves assisting our leadership team directly, including high-level administrative duties and aiding performance marketing initiatives. Integrity, discretion, and sharp judgment when handling confidential information are essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Utilize available technologies and tools to streamline and enhance administrative workflows.
- Organize and manage event logistics, serving as the main coordinator for venues, attendees, and related arrangements.
- Lead tax-related activities such as state filings and annual audits to maintain regulatory compliance.
- Manage the company's budgeting and expenditure processes, identifying opportunities for cost optimization.
- Develop and implement marketing tactics across organic and paid platforms including Meta, Google, and email campaigns to boost brand visibility and growth.
- Contribute to refining the brand’s message, position, and planning for upcoming product launches.
- Assist in managing personal tasks for the leadership team to limit their workload.
Candidate Requirements
- A bachelor's degree in any discipline with demonstrable high academic achievement.
- A rapid learner with a proactive mindset and efficient work approach; previous marketing or product experience is not mandatory, but strong eagerness to learn is expected.
- Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to high-quality output.
- Excellent verbal and written communication capabilities.
