Role Overview
The Product Marketing Manager will be responsible for executing go-to-market plans and shaping product marketing strategies across our K-12 product range. This hands-on role suits someone who enjoys a dynamic environment, can juggle multiple priorities, and excels at transforming product innovations into impactful marketing and sales outcomes. Reporting to the Senior Manager of Product Marketing, you will lead critical go-to-market tasks and contribute to positioning, messaging, and strategic initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies across multiple GoGuardian products and segments.
- Collaborate with senior product marketing leaders on product positioning and messaging development.
- Conduct market research and competitive analyses to uncover trends, customer needs, and differentiation opportunities.
- Manage product launches and feature releases by coordinating timelines, creating briefs, and ensuring cross-department alignment.
- Produce high-quality marketing assets, including sales collateral, one-pagers, presentations, and digital content.
- Support sales enablement by developing materials, training content, and internal resources.
- Evaluate campaign and product data to extract insights and suggest improvements.
- Work cross-functionally with teams in product management, sales, customer success, and marketing.
- Enhance team efficiency through the development of scalable processes and workflows.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 4 to 6 years of experience in product marketing or related fields such as marketing, product management, or sales enablement within a B2B environment.
- Proven capability in creating strategic product marketing plans that encompass positioning, segmentation, and go-to-market initiatives.
- Experience overseeing product launches or marketing campaigns from inception to completion.
- Skilled at synthesizing customer insights, market trends, and product features into clear and persuasive messaging.
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach comfortable with cross-functional teamwork.
- Strong analytical ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
- Highly organized, proactive, and adept at managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
