Position Overview
We are searching for a motivated Recruiting Coordinator to manage and enhance the experience for candidates joining our expanding team. This position involves collaborating closely with the Head of Recruiting and the wider team to continually refine hiring processes. The ideal candidate will serve as the welcoming point of contact for candidates, streamline coordination workflows, and proactively resolve scaling challenges. Exceptional communication and organizational skills are essential to ensure seamless coordination and continuous process adaptation.
Responsibilities
- Design and refine a positive and welcoming recruitment journey for candidates and interviewers from beginning to end.
- Act as the primary liaison for candidates during interview scheduling, advocating for both the candidate and the company with professionalism and urgency.
- Work with recruiting leaders and teams to identify opportunities for process enhancements and report relevant trends or insights.
- Maintain clear, concise, and professional written and verbal communications with candidates and internal stakeholders.
- Efficiently manage multiple candidate interviews and calendars, coordinating a fast-paced and high-volume schedule across teams.
- Schedule and oversee numerous phone, video, and in-person interviews, while identifying opportunities for process improvements and ensuring adherence to candidate timelines.
- Establish strong partnerships with hiring managers and interviewers to provide necessary interview details and adapt scheduling as required.
- Engage in special projects related to talent acquisition, culture, or HR initiatives as needed.
Preferred Qualifications
- Minimum of one year experience in talent coordination, scheduling, or administrative support within a rapidly growing organization.
- Exceptional organizational abilities and meticulous attention to detail.
- Proficiency with calendar and interview scheduling tools, preferably Google Calendar and Zoom.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems, Ashby experience is advantageous.
- Adaptability to swiftly adjust priorities within a fast-moving environment.
- Strong dedication to fostering positive experiences for candidates and employees.
- Team-oriented with a proactive, can-do attitude toward all tasks.
