SAP SuccessFactors Workstream Specialist

Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled SAP SuccessFactors Consultant to join a comprehensive multi-year ERP and HCM transformation initiative based in Dubai, UAE. The successful candidate will assist in transitioning from Oracle EBS, legacy HCM, Core HR, and Payroll systems to SAP SuccessFactors and SAP S/4HANA platforms. Collaboration with HR, IT, legacy teams, SAP specialists, and partners is essential to ensure seamless project delivery and efficient future HR platform adoption.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Lead implementation, enhancement, and continuous optimization of SAP SuccessFactors modules within the HCM ecosystem.
• Configure and deploy functionalities across Employee Central, Payroll, Time Tracking, Recruiting, Performance & Goals, Succession, Compensation, and Talent Management based on project requirements.
• Conduct interactive workshops with HR teams to gather business needs and convert them into feasible SuccessFactors solutions aligned with SAP’s best practices.
• Perform fit-gap analyses and propose improvements to standardize, simplify, and automate HR processes throughout the employee lifecycle.
• Support enterprise-wide migration from Oracle EBS and legacy HCM systems onto SAP SuccessFactors.
• Collaborate with HR and business stakeholders to define optimized HR operating models and facilitate adoption of digital HR processes.
• Coordinate with data teams on data mapping, cleansing, validation, reconciliation, and migration efforts for employee, organizational, payroll, and talent data.
• Design and maintain integration architectures connecting SAP SuccessFactors with SAP S/4HANA, payroll systems, Identity Management, and third-party applications using SAP Integration Suite (CPI), APIs, and file-based interfaces.
• Develop functional specifications, test cases, process documentation, and user acceptance testing materials.
• Assist in System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), payroll validation, cutover planning, go-live readiness, and provide hypercare support post-launch.
• Diagnose and resolve issues related to applications, configurations, integrations, processes, and data during implementation and post-implementation phases.
• Provide clear and timely project updates including risk assessments and recommendations to leadership.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• 8 to 10 years of professional experience in SAP HCM and SAP SuccessFactors consulting.
• Practical involvement in multiple full lifecycle SAP SuccessFactors projects including implementations, rollouts, enhancements, or transformation programs.
• Strong background in ERP and HR digital transformation initiatives.
• Preferred experience migrating from Oracle HCM or Oracle EBS HR platforms to SAP SuccessFactors.
• In-depth knowledge of Core HR, Payroll, Time Management, Talent Management, and end-to-end employee lifecycle processes.
• Expertise in HR data migration strategies involving conversion, validation, and reconciliation.
• Familiarity with SAP CPI / SAP Integration Suite middleware, API integrations, and system interconnectivity.
• Effective teamwork skills for collaboration across business, IT, integration, data, and implementation teams.
