Overview
Join a pioneering team delivering a groundbreaking therapy to patients affected by Hidradenitis Suppurativa (HS), a persistent and often underserved inflammatory condition. As an Immunology Therapeutic Specialist, you will be instrumental in a dynamic product launch, collaborating directly with dermatology experts to enhance patient care and broaden access to cutting-edge treatments.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement territory and account strategies geared toward meeting sales targets and ensuring a successful introduction of the therapy.
- Establish and maintain trusted partnerships with dermatologists, influential opinion leaders, academic institutions, and prominent dermatology groups.
- Present clear, evidence-driven clinical information concerning the disease, treatment protocols, effectiveness, safety data, and patient management strategies.
- Manage complex insurance and reimbursement systems by working closely with Market Access and Patient Services teams to facilitate patient initiation and adherence to treatment.
- Provide valuable field feedback and collaborate across departments including Medical Affairs, Marketing, and Access teams to support business objectives.
Candidate Profile
- Possesses a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related professional field.
- Demonstrates proven accomplishments in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or specialty healthcare sales.
- Experience navigating competitive specialty areas, systemic biologics, or oral JAK inhibitor therapies with strong sales performance history.
- Experience collaborating cross-functionally with teams such as Market Access, Medical Affairs, and Marketing.
- Exhibits excellent clinical sales capabilities, adept at conveying complex scientific concepts effectively.
- Willing to travel within assigned territory; must live within the coverage area and hold a valid driver’s license.
Preferred Experience
- Minimum of three years in pharmaceutical, biotech, or specialty healthcare sales.
- Relevant background in dermatology or immunology sales, particularly with HS or other rare/underserved populations.
- Hands-on product launch experience with a history of surpassing sales objectives.
- Knowledge of patient access, reimbursement pathways, and fulfillment operations.
- Familiarity with institutional healthcare providers, academic medical centers, and extensive dermatology practices, including direct selling in these environments.

Compensation
Annual salary ranges from $140,000 to $230,000 USD.
