Role Overview

We are looking for enthusiastic and skilled Registered Nurses with strong communication abilities and a meticulous approach to clinical assessments to join our team. This full-time remote position is perfect for someone who excels in a dynamic telehealth setting and prioritizes patient-centered care from their home environment.

Key Responsibilities

Perform patient consultations over the phone, including screening and detailed documentation
Coordinate follow-up appointments as necessary
Work collaboratively with Medical Assistants, Customer Service, and Clinical Leadership teams to ensure seamless patient experiences

Required Skills and Experience

Familiarity with digital platforms such as Google Meet, Slack, Deputy, and patient management systems
Ability to type quickly and accurately while managing multiple tasks simultaneously
Keen attention to detail, especially concerning clinical records
Comfortable adhering to structured clinical protocols and procedures
Strong interpersonal skills including empathy, active listening, and effective communication
Excellent organizational skills and time management capabilities
Prior experience with telehealth or remote work is advantageous
