Overview
Be part of a transformative effort to introduce a groundbreaking therapy for patients suffering from Hidradenitis Suppurativa (HS), a chronic inflammatory condition that is often underserved. As an Immunology Therapeutic Specialist, your role will be pivotal in driving a high-impact product launch by collaborating closely with dermatology providers to enhance patient care and broaden access to advanced treatments.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement strategic territory and account management plans to meet sales objectives and support the successful introduction of the product.
- Establish and nurture trusted relationships with dermatologists, key opinion leaders, academic institutions, and major dermatology practices.
- Conduct persuasive and evidence-based clinical discussions covering disease pathology, treatment protocols, drug efficacy, safety profiles, and patient management approaches.
- Effectively manage complex access and reimbursement scenarios by partnering with Market Access and Patient Services teams to facilitate patient initiation and continuation on therapy.
- Provide valuable field-based insights and collaborate across departments including Medical Affairs, Marketing, and Access to foster business growth.
Candidate Profile
- Possess a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
- Demonstrated success in sales within pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or specialty healthcare sectors.
- Experience operating in competitive specialty markets and familiarity with systemic biologics or oral JAK inhibitors supported by a strong sales track record.
- Experience in working cross-functionally with Market Access, Medical Affairs, and Marketing teams.
- Excellent clinical selling skills with capability to communicate complex scientific concepts clearly.
- Willingness and ability to travel within the assigned territory; residency in the territory and valid driver’s license required.
Preferred Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, or specialty healthcare sales.
- Background in dermatology and/or immunology sales, particularly with Hidradenitis Suppurativa or other rare, underserved patient populations.
- Experience in product launch and a proven history of surpassing sales goals.
- Comprehensive knowledge of patient access, reimbursement, and fulfillment workflows.
- Familiarity with academic and institutional dermatology settings, and direct sales experience within these environments.

Compensation Details
