About the Role

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our client's team on a contract basis. This position is fully remote but requires the candidate to be located in the South Florida area. The role involves managing high-volume recruiting efforts and collaborating closely with hiring managers.

Key Responsibilities

Partner with hiring managers to determine staffing needs and establish candidate selection criteria.
Source candidates through various online platforms and professional networks.
Develop job descriptions and design interview questions tailored to each role's requirements.
Evaluate potential candidates by reviewing their resumes, portfolios, and references to create a list of the best matches.
Organize and participate in job fairs and recruitment events to foster a strong pool of candidates.
Maintain thorough documentation of recruitment materials, including interview notes and pertinent paperwork, to share with relevant stakeholders.

Qualifications and Skills

Two to three years of experience in talent acquisition or related recruiting roles.
Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting, applying diverse interview and evaluation techniques.
Strong proficiency in utilizing social media, resume databases, and professional networks for sourcing candidates.
Experience using LinkedIn Talent Solutions for proactive candidate searches.
Ability to document recruitment processes effectively and stay updated with industry trends.
Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
