Role Overview: Specialist, Talent Acquisition

Position Code: 41607

Location: Remote

Work Schedule: Employees follow a rotational schedule working 9 out of 14 days, totaling 80 hours, and enjoy every alternate Friday off.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate closely with hiring managers and HR Business Partners to manage the entire recruitment process, including crafting recruitment strategies, identifying and selecting candidates, advising on compensation, and extending offers.
Deliver a professional and engaging experience for both candidates and hiring managers throughout all recruitment stages.
Ensure precise and compliant management of candidate information within the Applicant Tracking System.
Uphold the highest ethical standards, demonstrating integrity and respect.
Maintain composure and effectiveness when working under pressure and tight deadlines.
Operate with a strong sense of urgency and proactivity to meet recruitment goals.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree coupled with at least four years of relevant full-cycle recruiting experience involving active candidate sourcing; or a Graduate Degree or equivalent with a minimum of two years of relevant experience.
Alternatively, candidates with a minimum of ten years of applicable recruiting experience will also be considered in the absence of a degree.

Preferred Skills and Experience

Proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors.
Background in agency and/or corporate recruiting settings.
Advanced understanding of candidate sourcing techniques, assessment and interviewing processes, talent selection, and negotiation strategies.

Compensation and Benefits

Reflecting pay transparency laws, the compensation range varies by location:

California, Massachusetts, New Jersey, Washington, Greater D.C., Denver, and NYC areas: $76,500 to $141,500 annually.
Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New York state, and Vermont: $67,000 to $124,000 annually.

Final offers are influenced by experience level and geographic location. Benefits include health and disability insurance, 401(k) matching, flexible spending accounts, Employee Assistance Program, education support, parental leave, paid time off, and company holidays. Availability of these benefits depends on hire date, work schedule, and applicable labor agreements.
