Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the Role

WeInfuse is seeking a proactive Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our growing team based in Austin, Texas. This role is integral to initiating the recruitment cycle by sourcing and engaging qualified candidates for various open roles, working closely with leadership and hiring managers to define candidate criteria and ensure a strong talent pipeline for immediate and future hiring needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, attract, and engage high-caliber talent aligned with company hiring requirements.
• Collaborate directly with the Director of People Operations and senior leadership, including the CEO, COO, and VPs across departments.
• Conduct comprehensive candidate sourcing and build sustainable talent pipelines.
• Maintain and organize candidate records, resumes, and communications in an Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Screen and assess candidate resumes and profiles for qualifications and cultural fit.
• Facilitate candidate interviews and evaluations to determine suitability for roles.
• Craft effective communication materials for outreach such as emails and InMails.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand and anticipate staffing needs.
• Assist with onboarding processes to ensure a positive new hire experience.
• Handle confidential information professionally and maintain organized employment records.

Qualifications

• The candidate must hold a Bachelor's degree in human resources or a related field from a four-year institution.
• Possess at least one year of direct experience in talent acquisition and candidate sourcing, in-house or agency-based.
• Technical sourcing experience is preferred.
• Proficient in using Applicant Tracking Systems such as Lever, Greenhouse, or Workable.
• Experienced with LinkedIn Recruiter's search and project coordination tools.
• Skilled in executing Boolean search techniques for candidate sourcing.
• Highly detail-focused, capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently and organized in approach.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, adaptable to all organizational levels.
• Demonstrated ability to independently seek information when unknown.
• Capable of autonomous work while appropriately engaging with the team.
