We are expanding our team to include a Remote Recruiter who shares our passion and mission. This position offers the chance to contribute meaningfully by connecting talented individuals with roles that help change lives.

Key Responsibilities

• Work collaboratively with the Oath recruiting team to understand and prioritize hiring needs
• Source candidates using platforms such as LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and innovative approaches
• Evaluate and screen applicants for both legal and non-legal positions
• Arrange and manage interview schedules
• Ensure candidates have a positive experience throughout the recruitment process
• Keep detailed and organized records in the applicant tracking system
• Offer suggestions to enhance and optimize the recruitment workflows

Candidate Profile

• Possess at least two years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or human resources, either agency or corporate
• Excel in a dynamic, remote work environment with strong ownership over responsibilities
• Demonstrate effective verbal and written communication skills
• Align with the organization's mission and are motivated to build impactful teams
• Exhibit resourcefulness, solution-oriented mindset, and enjoy problem-solving with people
• Bonus: Previous experience recruiting in legal, client services, or healthcare sectors is advantageous but not mandatory
