Overview
Join an impactful initiative to introduce a groundbreaking treatment for Hidradenitis Suppurativa (HS), a chronic inflammatory condition frequently underserved. As an Immunology Therapeutic Specialist, your role centers on a significant product launch by collaborating extensively with dermatology healthcare providers to enhance patient outcomes and broaden accessibility to innovative therapeutics.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive territory and account strategies to meet sales targets and support the product launch successfully.
- Establish and nurture trusted relationships with dermatologists, key opinion leaders, academic institutions, and major dermatology practices.
- Conduct engaging, evidence-backed clinical discussions covering disease pathology, treatment protocols, efficacy, safety profiles, and patient care approaches.
- Manage complex access and reimbursement challenges, working closely with Market Access and Patient Services teams to facilitate patient initiation and adherence to therapy.
- Gather and communicate field insights, collaborating cross-functionally with Medical Affairs, Marketing, and Access departments to enhance business outcomes.
Qualifications and Experience
- Possession of a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional background.
- Demonstrated success in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or specialty healthcare sales roles.
- Experience operating in competitive specialty markets and/or with systemic biologics or oral JAK inhibitors, coupled with proven strong sales achievements.
- Experience in cross-functional collaboration with Market Access, Medical Affairs, and Marketing teams.
- Strong clinical selling abilities with expertise in conveying complex scientific concepts.
- Willingness and ability to travel within the assigned territory; residing within this geography is mandatory. A valid driver’s license is also required.
Preferred Attributes
- More than three years of experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, or specialty healthcare sales.
- Background in dermatology and/or immunology sales; familiarity with Hidradenitis Suppurativa or other rare and underserved patient populations is advantageous.
- Experience in product launches with a record of surpassing sales targets.
- Knowledgeable about patient access frameworks, reimbursement, and therapy fulfillment procedures.
- Acquainted with institutional healthcare systems, academic centers, and large dermatology groups, including direct sales in these environments.

Compensation
The final appointment and compensation package will align with the candidate’s expertise, skills, and qualifications in accordance with the position's needs, within a salary range of USD 140,000 to 230,000 annually.
