Job description

  • Carry out administrative tasks like phone handling, message taking, and participating in ward meetings to facilitate effective team communication.
  • Support the risk assessment process and communicate clearly with patients, relatives, carers, and staff.
  • Identify and respond appropriately to care situations, referring complex matters to senior nursing staff and understanding personal limits.
