Overview
We invite applications for a significant HR Business Partner role within the People and Education Directorate during a period of major transformation and ambition. This newly established position provides a unique opportunity to shape the role and the HR support delivered organization-wide.
Role Responsibilities
The successful candidate will navigate a diverse set of challenges including managing complex employee relations, leading strategic workforce planning discussions, facilitating organizational change and service redesign, as well as crafting organizational development programs aimed at enhancing workforce effectiveness and experience.
Working Environment
This position forms part of the People Experience portfolio within a dynamic and innovative Directorate, offering the chance to work across all facets of the people agenda. You will function as a trusted advisor to operational and senior leaders, influencing decisions, challenging assumptions, advancing improvements, and helping develop workforce strategies that directly support patient care and organizational goals.
