Role overview
Electus Healthcare is hiring a Care Assistant for Larne Care Centre, 46 Coastguard Road, Larne, Northern Ireland. This is a full-time, onsite opportunity for someone who is enthusiastic about person-centred care and wants to contribute to residents’ wellbeing in a supportive environment.
Pay and benefits
- Hourly pay of £12.71.
- £500 joining bonus, subject to terms and conditions.

What the role involves
- Deliver personal care in a considerate and respectful way, including help with bathing, dressing, and meals.
- Support residents in keeping as much independence as possible.
- Observe residents’ health and wellbeing and escalate any changes.
- Spend quality time with residents through activities and companionship.
What is expected
- You should be caring, empathetic, and comfortable working collaboratively with others.
- Prior experience is helpful but not essential because full training will be provided.
- You need to be available for flexible shift patterns, including weekends.
