Primary Responsibilities
- Collaborate as part of the Health Care Assistant team under nursing supervision to deliver person-centered care tailored to residents' needs.
- Support residents in maintaining independence, privacy, and dignity in their daily lives.
- Create and foster a compassionate environment that addresses the physical, emotional, social, intellectual, and spiritual well-being of residents.
Qualifications and Skills
- A genuine passion for caregiving and strong interest in elderly care.
- Prior experience or possession of a relevant QQI Level 5 certificate in Health Care Support is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Excellent interpersonal and compassionate skills.
- Training and continuous professional development will be offered.
