Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate within a team of Health Care Assistants, guided by the Nursing team, to deliver person-centered quality care tailored to residents' needs.

Qualifications and Skills
- A compassionate nature and strong interpersonal skills are essential.
- Previous experience or possession of a QQI Level 5 qualification in Health Care Support is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Comprehensive training will be provided to suitable candidates, with opportunities for continuous professional development (CPD).
