About the Role

Electus Healthcare is searching for a compassionate and committed Care Assistant to join the team at Whitehead Private Nursing Home, located at 15-18 Marine Parade, Whitehead. This position offers an hourly pay of A312.71, with additional benefits including enhanced overtime rates, company pension, and opportunities for career progression within a supportive work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver personal care such as bathing, dressing, and feeding residents with kindness and respect.
• Promote and encourage resident independence in their daily activities.
• Observe and report any changes in residents' health and well-being.
• Engage residents through meaningful activities and provide companionship.

Candidate Requirements

• Individuals who are compassionate, kindhearted, and work well in a team setting.
• Prior experience in care work is advantageous but not mandatory as comprehensive training will be provided.
• Availability to work flexible shifts, including weekends.
