Key Responsibilities

  • Support participants in the Workforce Australia program to prepare for, find, and sustain long-term employment opportunities.
  • Enhance participant confidence by helping them identify strengths, tackle challenges, and embrace new employment opportunities with enthusiasm.
  • Develop creative solutions to address employment hurdles, ensuring each participant receives appropriate tools and support.
  • Act as an advocate promoting inclusive hiring practices and workplace accommodations.
  • Celebrate every placement's success, fostering motivation and recognising achievement with participants.
  • Build and maintain partnerships with organisations committed to diversity and inclusion, expanding employment opportunities.

Additional Requirements

  • Legal eligibility to work in Australia.
  • Valid driver's licence and access to a comprehensively insured vehicle.
  • Possession of a Standard level MyGovID.
  • Willingness to undergo a National Police Check and Working with Children Check.
  • Available to work full time, Monday to Friday from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM.
