Position Summary

You will play a vital role in connecting people with disabilities to sustainable job opportunities, supporting them through preparation and ongoing employment. Your responsibilities include boosting participants' confidence, devising creative solutions to employment barriers, advocating for inclusive hiring practices, and celebrating successes both large and small. Building strong partnerships with companies that prioritize diversity and inclusion will also be key.

Mandatory Requirements

  • Eligibility to work legally in Australia.
  • Valid driver's license and vehicle with comprehensive insurance.
  • Possession of a Standard level MyGovID.
  • Willingness to undergo a National Police Check and Working with Children Check.
  • Availability to work full-time from Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 5:00 pm.
