Key Responsibilities

• Assist participants with disabilities in preparing for, obtaining, and maintaining sustainable employment matches.
• Enhance participants' confidence by helping them recognize strengths, tackle barriers, and embrace their new employment roles with renewed enthusiasm.
• Develop innovative solutions to address employment challenges and equip participants with the necessary support tools.
• Advocate for inclusive hiring practices and facilitate workplace adjustments to accommodate diverse needs.
• Celebrate every employment placement milestone, big or small, with participants to encourage success.
• Establish and maintain partnerships with businesses committed to diversity and inclusion, ensuring opportunities for all participants.

Mandatory Eligibility and Requirements

• Must have the legal right to work in Australia.
• Possession of a current driver's license and comprehensive vehicle insurance.
• Holds a MyGovID at Standard level.
• Willingness to undergo a National Police Check and Working with Children Check.
• Availability to work full time, Monday through Friday, from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM.
