Role Summary
We are seeking a seasoned Employee Experience Specialist to bolster our operations in the Americas region, encompassing the US, Canada, and LATAM. This full-time remote position requires a candidate with over four years of expertise in HR operations, onboarding/offboarding, lifecycle management, or global employment support. The ideal individual thrives in dynamic, growth-oriented settings and can adeptly manage complex operational and people-focused challenges across various legal jurisdictions and cultures.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary contact for employee inquiries related to onboarding and HR support within the Americas, utilizing our ticketing system.
- Escalate moderate to high complexity issues appropriately to internal teams across Employee Experience, Payroll, and Legal.
- Maintain consistent, professional interactions with employees to ensure seamless experiences.
- Manage onboarding processes for new hires in the Americas region, ensuring adherence to compliance standards in collaboration with internal teams and external partners.
- Coordinate mobility tasks including relocations, document handling, and employment documentation relevant to the Americas region.
- Ensure that onboarding paperwork and procedures meet region-specific regulatory requirements.
- Oversee open ticket management with timely response and prioritization accuracy.
- Maintain and update records within platforms such as Monday.com, Dropbox, and HRIS systems.
- Support the organization of internal documentation and training materials under the leadership of the Employee Experience Manager.
- Contribute to operational tasks and workflow execution to facilitate smooth daily activities.
- Analyze recurring employee inquiries to suggest improvements in processes and documentation.
- Assist with team projects and initiatives within the Employee Experience department.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and external partners to foster strong working relationships.
- Engage in ongoing training and mentorship opportunities aimed at professional development and increased responsibilities.
Qualifications
- Minimum four years of professional experience in HR support roles including onboarding and employee mobility coordination, with direct exposure to the Americas market.
- Specific familiarity working with the US, Canada, Mexico, and Brazil employment contexts is expected.
- Knowledge of onboarding procedures and employment documentations within diverse international frameworks.
- Exceptional organizational aptitude with a keen eye for detail and strong multitasking abilities.
- Fluent written and spoken English communication skills.
- Skilled in utilizing HRIS platforms along with collaboration tools such as ticketing systems, Monday.com, and Dropbox.
- Capability to thrive in a fully remote, fast-paced team environment.
- A proactive approach characterized by service orientation and a passion for global HR and people operations.
