Recruitment Officer - Household Staff

Overview

We are seeking a knowledgeable Recruitment Officer specialized in household staff hiring to enhance our Human Resources team. This role involves managing all recruitment phases primarily for domestic support roles including maids, drivers, and housekeeping personnel.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding for diverse roles.
• Focus recruitment efforts on household staff such as maids, drivers, housekeeping, and other related positions.
• Collaborate extensively with both local and international recruitment agencies and manpower providers to source candidates.
• Develop and sustain strong agency partnerships ensuring a steady flow of qualified applicants.
• Evaluate candidate profiles, conduct preliminary assessments, and arrange interviews alongside hiring managers.
• Manage required candidate documentation and onboarding procedures efficiently.
• Keep detailed recruitment records and provide reports regarding hiring status regularly.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and employment laws throughout recruitment activities.
• Assist in other recruitment needs as required.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or relevant fields.
• Minimum of five years experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or manpower sourcing.
• Proven track record working with recruitment agencies and manpower suppliers.
• Preferably experienced specifically in household staff recruitment.
• Thorough understanding of recruitment and screening processes, documentation, and onboarding.
• Excellent communication, coordination capabilities, and adeptness in managing stakeholders.
• Ability to juggle multiple recruitment priorities efficiently in a dynamic environment.
