About ESS and Role Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Utilize established recruitment techniques to identify, attract, and hire qualified and diverse education professionals.
- Participate actively in local community and university career fairs, supported financially by the company.
- Provide candidates with clear, engaging information regarding the company and open positions.
- Build and maintain networks with colleagues and varied professional groups to source a diverse range of candidates, especially college graduates and certified teachers.
- Extend job offers to selected candidates.
- Collaborate effectively with team members.
- Carry out additional special projects as assigned.
- Maintain consistent in-person attendance as required.
Qualifications and Skills
- At least one year of experience in recruitment or related fields.
- Bachelor’s degree is highly preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to engage well with others.
- Capacity to manage priorities and juggle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Aptitude for working in fast-paced environments.
- Strong confidence and capability in public speaking and meeting new individuals.
- Proficient verbal and written communication abilities.
