Job description

About the role

This position sits at the center of a fast-moving, multi-country Go-To-Market organization spanning EMEA and LATAM. In this leadership support role, you will work alongside senior executives to turn ambitious growth objectives into clear execution plans, helping the business stay aligned, accountable, and effective as it scales.

The role combines strategy, operations, and cross-functional coordination. You will act as a trusted advisor and execution partner, connecting teams, clarifying priorities, and helping leadership run the organization with greater pace and impact. It offers strong exposure to regional leadership decisions and the chance to influence how the GTM engine operates.

Key responsibilities

  • Convert business growth priorities into practical plans with timelines, milestones, and follow-through.
  • Use data and performance insights to monitor progress and inform decisions.
  • Support leadership routines such as business reviews, forecasting, and planning cycles.
  • Bring together teams across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, HR, Finance, and Talent.
  • Align stakeholders on critical themes such as expansion, pipeline growth, hiring, and performance.
  • Identify risks early, clear roadblocks, and help move initiatives forward faster.
  • Improve the cadence and effectiveness of leadership forums and operating meetings.
  • Contribute to annual and in-year planning by ensuring strong cross-functional alignment.
  • Add structure, clarity, and discipline to operational execution and business results.
  • Support organization-wide communication that is clear, consistent, and well coordinated.
  • Work with Communications and Marketing on leadership messaging and employee engagement content.
  • Help ensure strategic priorities are understood across a geographically distributed workforce.
  • Strengthen the leadership team as a cohesive, high-performing group.
  • Facilitate discussions, challenge assumptions when needed, and help drive timely decisions.
  • Keep attention focused on the most important priorities despite competing demands.
  • Own high-value cross-functional initiatives that improve business performance.
  • Bridge strategy and execution while driving measurable outcomes.
  • Represent leadership in key forums, programs, and strategic initiatives.

Candidate profile

  • Solid commercial understanding, with exposure to GTM areas such as Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, or Operations.
  • Demonstrated success leading complex, cross-functional work in dynamic, fast-paced settings.
  • Comfort engaging senior stakeholders and influencing outcomes without formal authority.
  • Strong analytical thinking with the ability to turn data into clear actions and recommendations.
  • Excellent communication skills and a polished executive presence.
  • Ability to operate well in ambiguity while bringing clarity, direction, and structure.
  • Strong integrity and sound judgement when dealing with sensitive or complex situations.

Why this opportunity stands out

  • Make a direct impact on how a large regional GTM organization executes and grows.
  • Work closely with senior leadership and help shape key business decisions.
  • Gain exposure across multiple functions, geographies, and strategic priorities.
  • Build a strong mix of strategy, operations, and leadership experience.
