Role Summary

The Legal department in Cork, Ireland is seeking an experienced Compliance Investigator to join their global investigations team. This role focuses on promoting integrity, fairness, and compliance throughout NetApp's worldwide operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead comprehensive compliance investigations involving complex issues such as bribery, corruption, antitrust violations, conflicts of interest, misuse of confidential data, financial misconduct, and third-party policy breaches.
• Design and implement sensitive, neutral investigation strategies that respect confidentiality and legal requirements.
• Produce clear, evidence-based reports with actionable recommendations that withstand legal scrutiny and foster organizational well-being.
• Simultaneously manage multiple investigations, ensuring efficient progress and timely resolution.
• Collaborate with Human Resources, Legal, and other stakeholders to ensure consistent and fair outcomes with thorough documentation.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Minimum of eight years' experience conducting prompt and thorough global compliance investigations, ideally within private or publicly traded companies.
• Proficiency in using investigation technologies such as email search tools, Salesforce, online research platforms, and case management systems; familiarity with NAVEX EthicsPoint is preferred.
• Strong analytical capabilities to collect, analyze, and reconcile financial, expense, and sales data effectively.
• Excellent professional judgment, emotional intelligence, cultural awareness, and ability to work cross-functionally building trust with various stakeholders.
• Exceptional communication skills to present fact-based conclusions and recommendations promoting root-cause remediation and long-term organizational health.
• Preferred but not mandatory: Juris Doctorate or international equivalent, Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) certification.
