Role Overview

We are seeking a Corporate Account Executive (CAE) dedicated to the Central Asia region to spearhead new business development and onboard new customer accounts. This position demands a results-oriented, customer-focused professional skilled in technology and adept at nurturing internal and external partnerships. Located in the United Arab Emirates, the role follows a hybrid work model to support regional outreach.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage proactively with prospective clients to discover and cultivate new business opportunities.
  • Manage a comprehensive sales cycle from initial prospecting through deal closure.
  • Partner with Sales Engineers to develop and implement strategic account plans.
  • Coordinate with Sales Development Representatives to support pipeline generation efforts.
  • Deliver accurate sales forecasts and status reports to the management team.
  • Establish expertise in the cybersecurity sector and become highly knowledgeable about CrowdStrike's product suite.
  • Maintain an up-to-date understanding of competitive offerings within the next-generation endpoint security market to effectively communicate product value.
  • Strive to exceed sales targets and quotas with determination and ambition.
  • Manage existing customer relationships to ensure subscription renewals and identify upsell/cross-sell prospects.

Required Qualifications and Attributes

  • Experience in sales involving cold outreach and new business generation.
  • Demonstrable background selling complex, multi-product solutions to stakeholders ranging from C-level executives to technical evaluators.
  • History of surpassing set sales goals in quota-driven roles.
  • Strong technical aptitude with rapid learning capabilities on new business and technology concepts.
  • Persistence and resilience, demonstrating a proactive approach to overcoming objections.
  • Receptiveness to coaching and the ability to seek and apply guidance effectively.
  • Charismatic communicator with quick thinking and adaptability.
  • Creativity in problem-solving and strategic thinking when appropriate.
  • High motivation for personal and professional growth.
  • Confidence combined with humility and self-awareness regarding strengths and improvement areas.
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and self-discipline skills.
  • Experience leveraging AI tools to inform decision-making, streamline workflows, and enhance business outcomes.

Preferred Experience

  • Background in the cybersecurity industry.
  • Previous sales experience in security or SaaS sectors.
  • Familiarity with cloud-native security solutions.
  • Knowledge of endpoint detection and response (EDR) technologies.
