Role Overview

The Regional Sales Manager is tasked with directly selling enterprise security software solutions to new customers primarily in Kuwait via flexible licensing models. This role is responsible for all stages of new business development including prospecting, qualification, and closing deals. Post-sale, the manager collaborates internally to ensure smooth onboarding, rapid product adoption, and expansion before transitioning accounts to dedicated Account Managers.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, qualify, and close new revenue opportunities by building relationships with key decision-makers using scalable licensing options.
• Create and execute tailored business plans highlighting how CrowdStrike solutions address client objectives.
• Collaborate with internal teams during customer onboarding, adoption, and account expansion phases.
• Document all customer interactions, sales progress, and related data promptly within CRM tools.
• Maintain precise sales forecasting and consistently meet quarterly revenue goals.
• Enhance brand visibility and share client success stories to strengthen market presence.
• Gather customer insights to inform product, system, and process improvements.
• Primarily operate in the field, engaging with customers directly rather than from an office.
• Possess expert knowledge of CrowdStrike’s product suite and services to handle complex enterprise accounts.
• Engage regularly with executive-level stakeholders, including C-suite leaders.

Qualifications and Skills

• Minimum 8 years of professional cybersecurity sales experience is required.
• Preferred bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.
• Strong industry insight and understanding of client decision-making and business goals.
• Advanced skills in presentations, negotiation, financial acumen, and customer service across all engagement levels.
• Comprehensive grasp of the business and technical landscape related to key accounts.
• Proven leadership qualities and ability to influence stakeholders.
• Expertise in consultative sales to build trust with customers.
• In-depth experience with sales methodologies and software security solution lifecycles.
• Demonstrated ability to apply AI technologies for enhancing sales decision-making and operational efficiency.
