Area Sales Executive - Rice Mill Machinery

Job Overview

Ricetech Machinery India Private Limited is seeking an energetic and target-driven Area Sales Executive to promote and sell Rice Mill Machinery in the Nalgonda area. This role requires field visits to rice mills and industrial clients, generating leads, conducting product demonstrations, and achieving assigned sales goals.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Seek out and expand the customer base in the rice milling sector.
• Conduct on-site visits to rice mills and related industrial clients to showcase machinery solutions.
• Generate and manage sales leads, conduct client meetings, and successfully close deals.
• Maintain and nurture relationships with current customers.
• Provide detailed product information, prepare quotations, and deliver after-sales support.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to refine sales strategies.
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets consistently.

Candidate Requirements

• A minimum of two years’ experience in field sales.
• Prior sales experience in automobile, industrial machinery, agricultural equipment, or specifically rice mill machinery is preferred.
• Excellent communication and negotiation capabilities.
• Must possess a two-wheeler and be willing to undertake extensive travel.
• Familiarity with the Nalgonda market is advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits

• Fixed monthly salary ranging from ₹20,000 to ₹30,000 plus incentives up to ₹20,000, totaling ₹20,000 to ₹50,000.
• Petrol allowance to cover travel expenses.
