Role Summary

The Delivery division at Wider Circle manages Care Delivery, Community, and Benefits programs that impact over 50,000 members nationwide. As the Chief of Staff to the Chief Delivery Officer (CDO), you will be a key strategic partner, orchestrating the operating rhythm, steering executive initiatives, and launching new business lines and collaborations as the organization expands. This pivotal position offers the opportunity to influence the company's growth from $20M to $100M in revenue by translating strategy into effective actions and creating leadership tools for rapid, informed decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and enhance the cadence of quarterly planning, business reviews, KPI monitoring, and forecasting within the Delivery team.
• Develop and maintain executive dashboards to monitor operational, financial, and organizational metrics in real-time.
• Lead performance evaluations to foster accountability across the organization.
• Collaborate with the CDO to convert enterprise strategies into practical operational plans, ensuring priority execution amidst changing challenges.
• Direct or coordinate wide-reaching strategic initiatives and special projects requiring executive oversight.
• Oversee operational preparation for new clients, acquisitions, and shifting delivery models by collaborating with Operations, Product, and Technology teams.
• Proactively identify and mitigate risks and cross-functional barriers hindering project execution.
• Support business line leaders in achieving goals related to operations, finance, quality, and growth.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to business leaders by prioritizing projects, resolving complex issues, and removing execution obstacles.
• Implement process improvement methodologies such as Lean Six Sigma to standardize and scale organizational operations.
• Assist with organizational design, workforce planning, and managing change as the Delivery organization evolves.
• Develop governance mechanisms to enable scalable operations across current and future business areas.
• Contribute to developing and maintaining SOPs and processes across the Delivery organization.

Candidate Profile

• Over 10 years of advancing leadership experience in healthcare, managed care, or similar service-delivery sectors with a background spanning operations and analytics.
• Proven expertise in overseeing operations, designing workflows, KPIs, and dashboards.
• Direct involvement with Medicare, Medicaid, or population health initiatives.
• Strong track record in designing and expanding complex programs within tight deadlines.
• Proficient in KPI development, executive-level dashboarding, and data-driven decision-making.
• Experienced with process improvement techniques such as Lean Six Sigma, showing measurable results.
• Exceptional executive communication skills, including preparing materials for boards and senior leadership strategies.
• Bachelor's degree required; an MBA or PMP certification is advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits

• Base salary range of $130,000 to $150,000 annually.
