Role Summary

The Delivery division at Wider Circle manages Care Delivery, Community, and Benefits services, reaching over 50,000 members nationwide. The Chief of Staff to the Chief Delivery Officer (CDO) acts as a strategic partner, managing the operational cadence, leading high-profile executive projects, and facilitating the launch of new business lines and partnerships as the organization expands.

This role offers a key leadership position within a rapidly growing healthcare delivery enterprise, aiming to scale revenue from $20 million to $100 million annually. The Chief of Staff will translate strategic objectives into practical action plans and create systems enabling more efficient decision-making at the leadership level.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the schedule for quarterly planning, business reviews, KPI monitoring, and forecasting across the Delivery team.
  • Develop executive dashboards to provide real-time insight into operational, financial, and organizational metrics.
  • Lead performance evaluations to uphold accountability throughout the organization.
  • Collaborate with the CDO to convert corporate strategy into operational priorities and guide their execution amid changing conditions.
  • Oversee strategic initiatives spanning various business units and requiring executive involvement.
  • Ensure operational preparedness for new clients, mergers, and evolving service delivery models by coordinating across Operations, Product, and Technology teams.
  • Detect risks and eliminate cross-functional obstacles affecting progress.
  • Advise business line leaders to prioritize initiatives, resolve complex operational challenges, and facilitate smooth project delivery.
  • Apply process enhancement methodologies like Lean Six Sigma to streamline and scale Delivery operations effectively.
  • Contribute to organizational design, workforce planning, and change management as the team evolves.
  • Develop governance frameworks supporting scalable execution for current and future business ventures.
  • Support and maintain standard operating procedures across delivery functions.

Candidate Profile

  • More than 10 years of advancing leadership roles within healthcare, managed care, or related service-delivery settings, encompassing operations and analytics domains.
  • Experience driving operational management including designing workflows, dashboards, and KPIs.
  • Hands-on experience with Medicare, Medicaid, or population health initiatives.
  • Proven ability to conceive and expand intricate programs under demanding timelines.
  • Strong expertise in KPI development, executive dashboarding, and applying data to support decisions.
  • Proficiency in process improvement techniques such as Lean Six Sigma, with tangible outcomes.
  • Excellent communication skills suitable for preparing board-level materials and strategic advice for senior leaders.
  • Bachelor's degree is mandatory; an MBA or PMP certification is advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits
