Role Purpose
This role is offered by Bajaj Finance Ltd and focuses on driving business growth for Personal Loans in rural areas.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve and surpass assigned business targets for Personal Loan products.
- Identify and develop a network of referrals and brokers to generate new business opportunities.
- Delegate duties to sales executives and monitor their performance consistently.
- Evaluate and select promising geographic areas and customer segments to operate in.
- Collaborate efficiently with Operations and Risk teams to contribute positively to the overall process efficiency and profitability across branches.
- Lead and mentor the team to help them meet their objectives.
- Oversee delinquency rates of sourced business to maintain a healthy loan portfolio.
- Manage distribution channels including direct sales, referrals, and address related concerns appropriately.
Required Qualifications and Experience
- Minimum graduation with 2 to 3 years of experience in branch sales.
- Experience in Banking or Non-Banking Financial Company (NBFC) sectors, dealing with either asset or liability portfolios.
- Prior work experience in refinancing and gold loan products is mandatory.
- Exposure to managing sales of multiple financial products.
- Strong team leadership and relationship management capabilities.
- Ability and willingness to travel extensively within rural areas.
