Overview
This position is with Bajaj Finance Ltd., focusing on managing rural personal loan portfolios and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Surpass business objectives and targets specifically related to Personal Loans.
- Develop and leverage referral networks and broker relationships to generate new business opportunities.
- Delegate tasks to sales executives while overseeing their performance.
- Identify promising geographical areas and suitable customer profiles to expand business reach.
- Collaborate effectively with Operations and Risk teams to enhance processes and profitability across locations.
- Lead and mentor the sales team to meet and exceed their individual goals.
- Control and manage delinquency rates to maintain a healthy loan portfolio.
- Oversee distribution channels including direct, referral sources, and address related concerns adequately.
Required Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor's degree minimum with 2 to 3 years experience in branch sales.
- Experience in Banking and Non-Banking Financial Companies (NBFC), covering asset or liability sides.
- Prior handling of refinance and gold loans is mandatory.
- Demonstrated experience managing sales across multiple product lines.
- Strong team leadership and relationship management capabilities.
- Willingness to undertake extensive travel to rural locations.
