Role overview

GO Wind International LLP is hiring a Team Leader for a BPO setup in Mumbai. This role is focused on guiding a customer support team, tracking output, supporting performance improvements, and stepping in on escalated customer issues.

Key responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate a team of Customer Support Executives.
Track daily productivity levels and overall team performance.
Run team huddles and coaching discussions to keep the team aligned and improving.
Take ownership of customer escalations and work toward practical resolutions.

Experience requirement

Candidates must have at least 6 months of experience in a Team Leader role.
