Job Overview
This role offers a competitive salary of up to 7700 SGD plus a variable bonus ranging between 3 to 5 months. The opportunity is based on building projects with work schedules including alternate Saturdays.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with various teams to design, execute, and uphold effective Workplace Safety and Health (WSHE) plans.
- Manage and coordinate WSH program initiatives effectively.
- Perform Method Statement and Risk Assessment (MSRA) reviews proactively and suggest suitable control measures to reduce on-site risks.
- Pinpoint areas for safety improvements and oversee the implementation of corrective actions through site inspections and interaction with work teams.
- Prepare and present WSHE reports, including data compilation and monthly summaries, to management.
Required Qualifications and Experience
- Must hold valid registrations as a Workplace Safety & Health Officer (WSHO) and an Environmental Control Officer (ECO).
- Preferably possess at least 3 years of relevant experience as a WSHO.
- Have a minimum of 3 years experience working on local building construction projects.
- Environmental Control Manpower (ECMO) registration is an added advantage.
