Role Overview
We are seeking a Recruitment Consultant specializing in contract and permanent staffing to lead and expand a high-performing contract desk, supported by a prominent recruitment brand. This role offers a unique opportunity to take ownership of a contract recruitment practice, nurture essential client connections, and generate recurring revenue through contract and project-based hiring solutions within Singapore's technology sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Expand and maintain client accounts across the technology industry in Singapore.
- Identify and cultivate new business prospects while strengthening existing partnerships.
- Handle end-to-end recruitment processes for both contract and permanent positions.
- Support onboarding, contract renewals and extensions, and workforce strategy for contractors.
- Establish enduring relationships with clients and candidates to foster long-term collaboration.
Candidate Profile
- Certified Employment Intermediary (CEI) credential.
- Minimum of 2 to 3 years' experience in agency recruitment.
- Background in technology recruiting and/or expertise in contract staffing.
- Demonstrated success in business development or account management roles.
- Comprehensive knowledge of the Singapore hiring market.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a results-driven and commercially aware attitude.
